Chattanooga Pressure Tech - Return & Refund Policy

At Chattanooga Pressure Tech, we take pride in delivering high-quality power washing services to meet your needs. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with the work performed. Please review our policy below to understand the terms for returns and refunds.

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

Once a power washing service has been completed, we do not offer refunds. This is due to the costs associated with materials, cleaning solutions, and the time spent on-site. These resources are consumed during the service and cannot be recouped once the work is completed.

2. Service Modifications or Cancellations

Cancellation Prior to Service: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

Modifications to Service: If the scope of the work changes or if additional services are requested during the appointment, the final cost may vary. You will be provided with a revised estimate before any changes are made.

3. Service Quality and Complaints

Service Guarantee: We strive for excellence in all our power washing services. If you're unsatisfied with the outcome of our work, please contact us within 7 days of service. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, send a technician to rewash the affected areas at no additional charge.

Visible Issues: Please inspect the work area immediately after the service is completed. Any visible issues or concerns should be reported on-site to our technician or within 24 hours of completion to ensure we can address them promptly.

4. Damage to Property

While we take every precaution to protect your property during the power washing process, Chattanooga Pressure Tech is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear that may be revealed during cleaning. We are not responsible for damages to any surfaces that are not able to withstand power washing or cleaning solutions.

5. Refunds for Products or Equipment (If Applicable)

In the event that we sell or provide products or equipment (such as cleaning solutions, power washing equipment, or accessories), we will honor a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened items. Products must be in their original, undamaged condition with proof of purchase for a full refund.

6. Weather Conditions and Delays

Power washing services are weather-dependent. If inclement weather (rain, snow, or extreme conditions) prevents us from completing the scheduled service, we will notify you and reschedule at no extra cost.

7. Payment Terms

Full payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.
